Roofs often require attention, especially after harsh winters or storms. We bring over 25 years of expertise to slipped or missing roof tiles; defective pointing on ridge tiles, hip tiles and verges; sagging roof slopes; leaking roofs and velux windows; rotting joists and timbers; unsafe chimney pots and cowls; failing leadwork; crumbling mortar; cracked guttering, fascias and soffits; broken downpipes and blocked gutters; and insufficient insulation. Acting quickly prevents rainwater entering the home, which leads to condensation, damp and mould.

Chimney & Leadwork

Repointing, pots and cowl replacement, and new lead flashings around stacks.

Chimney and leadwork repairs are a specialism. We repoint cracked and crumbling mortar, replace pots and cowls, install new lead flashings around stacks and abutments, and rebuild chimneys where necessary. Dry ridge and dry verge system upgrades replace cement bedding with mechanical fixings for less maintenance and better wind-uplift performance.

Cladding, roof maintenance and moss removal. We hand-strip moss from tiles and slates and carry out general roof cleaning to keep the roof performing well and clear of debris that traps water and breaks down the surface over time.

Spray Foam Removal

Safe removal of spray-foam roof insulation, with exterior painting alongside.

We carry out spray foam removal alongside our roofing services, and exterior painting where we are already on site. Where a roof needs more than a single trade, our in-house team handles the whole job so the standard stays consistent across every stage.
